Goals & OKR

Atur tujuan tim dengan key results, status realtime, connect ke task & proyek.

1. 1

   Set Objective

   Sidebar → "Goals" → "+ Objective Baru". Tulis tujuan (misal "Q2: Naikkan trial signup 50%"). Pilih owner & deadline kuartal.

2. 2

   Tambah Key Results

   Per objective, tambah 2-5 key results yang terukur (misal "1000 trial baru", "5★ rating NPS", "Conversion landing 3%"). Set angka target & current.

3. 3

   Update progress otomatis

   Kalau key result kamu link ke task/metric, progress otomatis ke-update saat task selesai. Atau update manual lewat slider per minggu.

4. 4

   Status: On Track / At Risk / Behind / Completed

   SatuTim otomatis kasih status berdasarkan progress vs deadline. Status "At Risk" ngingetin tim sebelum deadline lewat. Lihat dashboard summary di tab "Goals Overview".
